  Incite Better Handling of Complaints

  ever feel as if companies or their telephone complaint handlers couldn't care less about your problem?

  i don't know if it's just me, but in recent times i seem to have had more than my fair share of companies/tradesmen who acted with contempt.. admittedly, many of them are given a really hard time by extremely irate customers, but each customer should be treated as an individual.. i have found that i receive a more focussed & attentive response when i inform the person on the other end of the line that i am recording the call for my personal reference & security.

  from that point on, i generally receive their full attention and achieve a satisfactory outcome for my complaint.

  Biotech company Amgen helping JW with Anemia

  oiwhen a jw is in a life threatening anemia situation or needs a coronary artery bypass in case of dialysis-dependent chronic renal failure there is bloodless solution: .

  epo ....this stands for "erythropoietin" also par in "epoetin" "epogen" and replaces the lost blood seemingly.

  it counts to the allowed bloodless therapies.. what was jehovahs part in it?

  Anyone like to meet up to compare notes?

  hi folks, i’m heading off on a road trip of northern uk next week and, living in a very rural place, would be keen to take the opportunity to meet up with any ex-jws/current jws to compare notes on jw and post-jw life.. if anyone is available please pm me.. for the record i’m 18 months out of jw, was a ‘model jw child’ & longtime ms & reg pio.

  leaving was the best life decision i ever made!.
